昨晚上做了个梦，和Boss讨论我的试验结果，怎样把RACE，ChIP with Pol II antibody两方面的数据整合到一块？
ChIP data+5‘RACE 可以说明 Pol II 是结合到了目的基因的core promoter 区并起始了转录；而3’RACE 加上全长转录本，可以证明Pol II 经过延伸到达了基因3’端，加polyA尾。即转录过程。
很奇怪，怎么就梦见这么几句话。随记之。
